Our Founder
Behind every great establishment is a visionary, and for Goodway Gourmet Bakery, that visionary is Elder John Massey, Jr. His passion for education and his drive to make quality education accessible to deserving students across the country led to the inception of Goodway Gourmet Bakery. Determined to provide scholarships to one of the few remaining African American boarding schools, Elder John Massey Jr. developed a culinary curriculum that not only honed the skills of students but also instilled in them a sense of purpose and dedication.
